I ordered flowers for delivery, the delivery driver answered all my questions and was very patient with me. The bouquet itself was stunning and exceeded my expectations tenfold. I sent another bouquet the following week to a Recently married friend and she called me immediately to ask where I got them. The staff is exceptional, and the flowers have lasted her weeks. I will never go anywhere else for flowers

Great customer service! Nick was so patient with me and my order. He went above and beyond to put it together and deliver it on time. The plants and cut flowers were so bright and cheery and colorful. Calling in an order, and living out of state is always concerning, but not with Boston City Florist.
